Temasek Polytechnic (TP) is looking for a Digital Marketing Agency to improve the online marketing of its Continuing Education (CET) and Pre-Employment Training (PET) programs. The call for tenders on Gebiz indicated that the appointment was for 20 months, starting provisionally from August 1, 2021 to March 31, 2023, with an option to extend for a further 12 months, under the same conditions.

The agency will take on responsibilities such as strategy, concept development, creative direction, content execution, as well as campaign tracking and reporting for TP’s social media and digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness raising and applications for TP’s CET and PET programs. Other responsibilities include campaign strategy, execution, maintenance and monitoring and campaign reporting.

The tender also stated that the agency would work with TP’s corporate communications department, Temasek SkillsFuture Academy, the Security Industry Institute as well as a media buying agency appointed by TP to conceptualize, develop strategies and execute effective digital marketing campaigns on behalf of TP. The evaluation process will take place in two phases. After the first phase of submission of documents, the shortlisted agencies will have to present their proposals to TP.
