Knight Frank has taken on a new appointment to grow its residential team, with Luke Hayes starting as director of residential project sales.
Mr. Hayes has a decade of experience in residential real estate, specializing in residential projects including CBRE, McGrath Estate Agents, The Agency and Venture Property.
As Residential Project Sales Manager at Knight Frank, Mr. Hayes will be based in Sydney and will focus on residential project sales and client advisory.
Knight Frank Acting Head of Residential Erin van Tuil said Knight Frank was expanding its residential team with an increased focus on residential project sales.
“With the success of Crown Residences at One Barangaroo, we are increasingly called upon to advise our clients on super and premium residential developments for our expertise in creating and selling an owner-occupied focused product,” she said.
“Luke has deep product knowledge in this area and is a great addition to our team as we continue to grow in this space.
“His role will include advising clients from the start of a project, from buying the site and advising on the optimal outcome, to creating and delivering thoughtful sales and marketing strategies aligned with the needs of our clients.”
Mr Hayes said he was delighted to join Knight Frank and grow the residential team in project sales, with several exciting new projects coming to market over the next six weeks.
“Since the beginning of my career in real estate, I have acquired valuable experience in the multifaceted sector of the sale of residential projects.
“I’ve worked alongside developers on projects from start to finish, selling the sites, advising on the ideal product mix and introducing consultants, and finally selling the project off plan.
“In addition to selling the plan, I have sold completed properties, from large-scale multi-unit housing projects to luxury developments.
“A long-time resident of the Eastern Suburbs and North Shore, I have gained in-depth knowledge of these areas and look forward to using my experience working in the CBD, Southern Sydney, Inner West and the northern beaches with Knight Frank.”
