Dominica: the Ministry of Tourism organizes a business-to-business forum (B2B)
Roseau, Dominica: The Commonwealth of Dominica’s Ministry of Tourism, International Transport and Maritime Initiatives presented the largest business-to-business forum in the country.
The Forum was organized with the aim of supporting sellers and strengthening local commerce. The forum was held at Goodwill Paris Hall, where various talented entrepreneurs showcased their products and services on display.
The Ministry of Tourism said: “The first day of Dominica’s largest business-to-business forum was amazing! It’s Day 2! We invite you to come and support the sellers! Here at Goodwill Church Hall, we have so many talented small business owners with their products and services on display.
It started on August 31, 2022 and ended on September 1, 2022, and the schedule was from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Ministry of Tourism said there was Burna Boy Drink from Tina’s Punch, Fresh Honey from Bee API and Zooti Oil from Jaydees Naturals. He noted, “Come and have Burna Boy drink from Tina’s Punch, fresh honey from Bee API, Zooti oil from Jaydee’s Naturals and much more! Now until 6 p.m. we are waiting for your visit.
The B2B Forum will include various factors such as business, marketing, raw materials, market, supply chain, transactions, sales and sub-components. The forum aimed to “strengthen backward and forward linkages”.
The Business to Business Forum will be open to various businesses and establishments for the people of the country. The government also said the forum would facilitate local businesses and vendors in their new establishments and new investments. The forum contributes to the strengthening and improvement of small business establishments.
According to the forum, the form will be open to companies from various sectors such as:
- Manufacture of health and wellness products
- creative industry
- Development of applications and software to support the above sectors
