MeritB2B is promoted to Group Operations Leader role
March 11, 2022
In the United States, B2B data, analytics and performance marketing solutions provider MeritB2B has promoted Katherine Giambalvo to Vice President of Operations, with a focus on leading centralized group operations, following its recent takeover of True Influence.
MeritB2B, based in Rye Brook, NY, with six other offices in the US and UK, offers a database technology platform and analytics services to marketers B2B. In December, the company acquired data-driven marketing technology company True Influence, which operates InsightBASE – a solution that monitors the online activity of corporate website visitors through their corporate domains, so that marketers can reach them. The takeover resulted in a doubling of the workforce and an increase in the company’s product line.
Giambalvo (pictured) joined the team in 2014 as Director of Operations and more recently as Senior Director – Client Services. Previously, she worked for contact data solution TechTarget Oceanos as a senior program manager. In her new role, she will play a central role in the growth strategy, initially focusing on leading the transition of the Boston operation to MeritB2B’s combined central operation, and she will also be instrumental in building from the company’s pre-sale proposal center.
Giambalvo will work closely with and report to MeritB2B COO Craig Weiss, who comments, “I am delighted to announce Katherine’s promotion to our newly combined organization. Katherine has a successful track record and is an effective leader, taking extreme responsibility at every turn. His central role will ensure that MeritB2B delivers winning solutions for customers and growth for our bottom line as we focus on innovation.”
